Sparky (EarnedScroll) is provided as is, to help you manage your own screen time. Use it in line with the App Store terms you agreed to when you downloaded it.

Your content

The habits and settings you create are yours. You are responsible for how you use the app and for keeping your device secure.

Purchases

Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed by Apple and follow Apple's refund and subscription policies.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
